INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana can be frozen, broken into large chunks
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup of ice containing at least 5-10 ice cubes depending on how thick you like it
- Optional : 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add ingredients
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy !
PS: If too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add some more ice.
