CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SHAKE IN 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana can be frozen, broken into large chunks
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup of ice containing at least 5-10 ice cubes depending on how thick you like it
  • Optional : 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ingredients
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Enjoy !

PS: If too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add some more ice.
